Free Door Delivery On Orders Over $199.* Door delivery brings your items to your front door, garage door, or apartment door, no matter the floor. Items will be placed just outside your door and our team will not place any items inside. Items will be wrapped and may still require assembly and set up. Free Premium In-Home Delivery to Customers in Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Rehab Facilities.
Customers are responsible for notifying the facility of the delivery date. On the morning of delivery, the warehouse will call the customer and give a delivery time frame of when to expect delivery. All deliveries will be made directly into the facility. Any existing furniture is the responsibility of the facility to dispose of.
You can opt to pick up your furniture from the store or our warehouse instead of getting it delivered. At the time of your purchase, let us know and we’ll tell you which location will have your purchase available for pick up. (Warehouse pick up only for online orders.)

Before delivery you will be called in advance to confirm the delivery date. On the date of the delivery, the truck will be loaded and the driver will call you with an estimated delivery time. If you have not received a call by 11am please call our customer service department at 1-866-472-6343.
Please have all walkways to that room cleared for our delivery team. While we are happy to deliver your furniture and set it up for you, we cannot install electronic equipment in entertainment cabinets or hang items on the walls.
After your delivery, a customer service team member will call or text you to make sure you were happy with your delivery. If you need assistance with your purchase beforehand you can contact your salesperson or the customer service department.
