Sometimes customizing your furniture to your own unique style is what makes you happy. We are able to provide a special order service on many brands to help you do just that! With our special order program, you can choose the fabric, finish, pillows, trim and more! It takes a little longer to get your furniture, but it’s worth it when having something that exactly matches the look you want is what makes you happy.

Many of the sofas and chairs we carry come with a wide array of fabric choices. Often these special order fabrics can be ordered without any additional charge. We want you to be completely happy, so we’ll work with you to make sure that the fabric selection you are looking at is the correct one for the sofa you are ordering. Our goal is to provide “Grand” customer service during the entire special order process.

Because we’re creating a one-of-a-kind look just for you, special orders require a 15% nonrefundable deposit at the time of your order and can only be canceled prior to the order being placed in production at the manufacturing facility.

How long does it take for special orders?

Due To Current Supply Chain Issues Manufacturers Are Not Able To Run At Full Capacity. This Has Dramatically Affected Wait Times For Special Order Products. Please Be Aware That It May Take Longer Than What You Were Originally Told At Purchase Due To These Issues.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on what you’ve created and the manufacturer doing the work. Because your furnishings are being made to your own style and unique specifications, delays may occur. So, the estimated delivery date isn’t guaranteed. We will do our best to keep on top of your furniture’s progress and keep you posted on your order status, should anything change.

Is it possible to use my own fabric?

If that’s what makes you happy, there are some manufacturers who do COM (customers own material) fabric. And we can connect you with one of them, all you have to do is ask. Each manufacturer has specific yardage required for COM orders. Your sales associate can give you all those details.

What else can you customize on special orders?
